STEP 1: REGISTER
When you purchase a card, some merchants provide a box with an activation code.
Check this receipt and, if it contains an activation code, keep it for card registration purposes.

• - The activation code in case the merchant gave it to you.
• - The BLACK FORTI CARDS Visa card number on the cards.
• - The name of the beneficiary on the cards.
Personal information collected during registration is used only to meet internal security requirements. No information is passed on to financial institutions.
Important: Any change of title, address, e-mail address and/or telephone number must be reported to us. This obligation also applies to the cardholder.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
BLACK FORTI CARDS is a card in which the offshore system has been integrated. This system allows it to have an unlimited limit, to make transactions from its platform to the bank account.
The Black Forti Cards has two wallets, red and green.
And two activation factors.
The first factor allows you to receive transfers and store them in the red wallet while waiting for the second activation factor.
The second activation factor allows you to transfer funds from the red wallet to the green wallet. This last activation gives you access to the unlimited withdrawals feature

STEP 2: RETRIEVE PIN CODES
The PIN code (4-digit number) is used for any payment, at a merchant or to withdraw at an ATM.
Once you have registered, you will automatically receive your card's PIN code on your cell phone.
You will also receive a 6-digit secret code.
This 6-digit secret code must be kept with your card number, as it will be used to connect to the customer area on the Internet and to retrieve your card.
Customer area on the internet and to recover or to stop your card
It is important that you take all necessary steps to protect and keep secret the PIN code of your card. We strongly advise you not to communicate it, write it down on your card or keep it close by when you are travelling, or keep it close by when it is stored
You are now on the BLACK FORTI CARDS Visa. You can increase your limits with the Visa OFFSHORE.
STEP 3: INCREASE YOUR LIMITS
Once enrollment is complete, you will receive a welcome letter to validate the BLACK FORTI CARDS OFFSHORE Visa package and increase your limits. If you have not received this letter within 48 hours of your enrollment, please contact our Customer Care Center at +85281911212 or by Email: contact@blackforti-cards.com
Please note that only one card per customer is allowed.
With the BLACK FORTI CARDS OFFSHORE Visa package you can make card transfers to the bank account and make unlimited withdrawals.

We inform you that you are solely responsible for the transactions related to your cards, including those held by the beneficiaries of your choice.
STEP 4 RELOAD YOUR CARD
You can recharge your cards with BLACK FORTI CARDS /OFFSHORE Visa refills available in the network's distributors (supermarkets, tobacconists, press, telestores) or on our website:

STEP:5 TRANSFER OF FUNDS - SHARE MONEY
It is about transferring money from a card to a bank account from the website.
The number of transfers per day is limited only by the amount and the limits available on your cards.
You can make a transfer from your Visa Offshore card to all your bank accounts.
STEP 6: USE YOUR CARD
Once your cards are loaded. You can immediately use them to make payments at merchants and on the Internet, and withdrawals from ATMs.

At merchants, you will be asked to enter your 4-digit PIN code to validate the transaction.

In ATMs
You can use your cards to make withdrawals at Visa ATMs. To do so, you must enter the desired amount and the 4-digit PIN code of your card. Enter your PIN code in a safe place. At ATMs, if you make a mistake with your PIN code
3 times with your PIN code, your card will be temporarily blocked.
In case of blocking
ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) will be able to keep your card.

You can contact our customer service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and on Saturdays until 1pm GMT, except on public holidays.
(0.15 €/min) The voice server and the website https://blackforti-cards.com are at your disposal 7 days a week and 24 hours a day to carry out all operations on your Card.
Has your card been lost or stolen?
Call the Opposition Service (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) at +85281911212 to block your cards.
Then contact Customer Service at +85281911212 to request a renewal of your card.
Do not buy a new card, your new card will be sent directly to you at the current rates.
STEP 7: MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can consult the transactions log and the balance of your Cards and carry out various operations like reloading or money transfer.
To connect to your customer area, click on Login.
Cardholders can access their statements by entering their card number and password.
Each transaction made with the cards may be subject to a fee.
These fees are immediately deducted from the balance of the relevant Card.
In January of each calendar year, you will be provided with a summary of the total amount charged to the Card during the previous calendar year. This summary will also distinguish, for each category of Card services, the subtotal of fees charged and the number of corresponding services.
You should be aware that the maximum processing time for orders placed with the
Card expires at the end of the first business day following receipt of the payment order.
Finally, of course, it is your responsibility to check your balance regularly. You can check your Card balance:

The electronic statements of the last 3 months are at your disposal free of charge and in full confidentiality on the Site in your customer area.
